Collectors was inspired by the author’s neighborhood in Seoul, which is brimming with people and their personal collections. The book catalogues these eclectic scenes and moves between personal and public settings--collections in the home, cafe, street, or park are all fair game. Each collection is built from flat, overlapping shapes that balance on one another.
Collectors는 작가의 서울 이웃들에게서 영감을 받았으며 사람들과 그들의 개인 컬렉션으로 가득하다. 이 책은 이러한 다양한 장면들을 목록화 하고 집, 카페, 거리, 공원의 컬렉션은 쉽게 쉽게 개인과 대중의 환경 사이를 넘나든다. 각 컬렉션은 다른 컬렉션과 서로 균형을 이루는 플랫, 오버랩 형태로 만들어졌다.
