Shipping FAQ

We ship from Seoul, South Korea. International shipping is available via regular air shipping or Express Mail Service. 

We recommend that you track your package, especially if you are in Europe, as certain countries’ customs procedures are more or less strict. And please let us know if you encounter any problems along the way!

How long will it take to receive my package?
Regular air shipping is sent through the Koreapost (Korean National Post Office). After shipping from our side, it typically takes around one week to arrive in your country. From there, it depends on your country’s customs procedures and internal postage system to determine how long it will take for your package to reach you. This can take anywhere from a few additional days to a couple of additional weeks.

For example, we’ve found that shipping to the U.S. and U.K. are typically very quick, since their customs and internal postal system are quite speedy.

Express Mail Service is more expensive, but we have found that it reaches recipients faster. It should arrive to your door between 3-7 days.

When will my package ship?
Your package will usually ship within a couple of days of your order! If you order on a weekend or Friday, it will usually be shipped out on Monday. You will receive a tracking code and shipping confirmation via email.

How can I track my package?
You can track your package through the Korean postage website: https://ems.epost.go.kr/front.Tracking01Eng.postal

If the information is displayed in Korean, we recommend using the Google Translate extension.

Alternatively, you can also track your package through the global tracking website https://parcelsapp.com/

What if my package is lost or returned to sender?
After your package is sent to you, it is out of our hands. Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost packages. If your package is returned to us, then we can refund you if it reaches us again. But typically returned packages can take their time to get back to us.

If you want us to re-send an order that was ‘returned to sender,’ please reach out to us as soon as possible. In this case, we will only charge you the re-shipping fee. It would also be ideal to know why your package was returned so we can avoid the package being returned again.
